(BB) Alex Ruler vs Shuifu Lorkhan

Shuifu had been searching for the dragonballs. Tired of being the weakest saiyan, he would wish to become the most powerful being there ever would be. Of course it was slightly selfish, but he was able to see that if he gained the power, he would be able to help others more. Though, admittedly, he cared little for helping others now. The saiyans had proved themselves a power hungry race of madmen and sadistic bastards. Or at least those that were raised on the planet were as such. Normally he would have trained, but his insticts told him to go directly to the dragon balls. He had learned of them from a scout that had, obviously, scouted planet namek. The scout was then, immediately, killed by Shuifu. If he hadnt, then the scout wouldve reported to the king, and god knows what he would do for that kind of power. That would be worse than killing a single saiyan, that he was sure of.

As he flew over the area, his scouted detected someone with the same power level as him. Perhaps a strong human, but he didnt care. His instincts roared at him to fly down and fight the being. Strange, considering his instincts were not that of the normal saiyan. That is to say his instincts were less of a hostile nature. He usually was guided by instinctual nature to create certian things. One such thing was one he was currently working on. It was an advanced scouter, one that detected racial energy and technique usage. It would allow him to detect what race someone was, and just what techniques they knew. It would be rather handy against specific people. Unfortuantely it wasnt ready yet.

Shuifu quickly raced down to Alex and immediately launched a kick at his head. He cared little for the conversation that many loved to have before fights.

Shuifu dodged the blasts and ignored his opponent's banter. He always found it annoying, perhaps it came with strength? He could care less right now. This fight might just be fun. He jumped over Alex as he kicked, and flipped forward, twisting in the air to kick the back of Alex's head. He knew that Alex would be in pain. He hated getting hit on the topic of the head. He had put more power into that kick than the one before. He chuckled, knowing this would be entertaining, and frankly, the event that would make his week. He held no doubt that finding the dragon balls would take months, if not a year. Of course once he found one, he could likely be able to sense its strange energy he had heard rumors of. It was said that when one was near a dragon ball, they could feel its power, though it was not the same as powerlevel, it was still... enthralling.

Smirking, Alex leaped forward in a diving roll, to avoid the kick. Rolling to a crouched position, Alex turned and eyed his opponent. Quick on his feet, I'll give him that. He must be protecting a dragonball. Alex thought.

Clenching his fists, Alex bursted his ki, allowing it to surround his body in a limegreen glow. Small pebbles on the ground rose into the air as a result of this. The longer Alex stood there, the larger the stones would get, but his training with his grandfather had taught him to value the life on and of Planet Earth. Planet Namek, Planet Earth, both held life. To that end, he would value the life as he was taught.

"I don't know who you are, but I do know you and I are after the same thing. We're both here for the Dragonball. You can stop with the silent treatment," Alex called out, "I also happen to know that you've been holding back, same as me. What do you say we cut the crap and go all in now?"

Without waiting for a reply, Alex flexed his right hand from a fist to where it looked as if he was holding an imaginary ball. Suddenly ki gathered there before taking the shape of a spinning orb with a five pointed star surrounding it as it spun. Alex drew his hand back, with the orb still spinning, and cupped his hands around the orb. Mentally, he chanted "ROYODOUKEN!" before thrusting his hands forward, propelling the Rage Shuriken with his Royodouken wave.

Shuifu smirked "Very well. I see you will not budge on this. Prepare yourself." His strange voice was a mix between demonic and crazed, usually causing fear and panick in his opponents, even though he was rather weak.

One finger. That was all the movement he made. For a moment, it looked as if the attack had collided with him, until the rage shuriken and royodouken wave both split in two. Between the two was a thin beam of extremely concentrated ki. Shuifu cackled "you must have misjudged me, I am not holding back, I was simply sticking to fist fighting, if you wish to see my ki.. this can be considered a present." Pouring more power into the beam, Shuifu noted it turned from black to a dark red with black waves behind it. The beam was already past the attacks Alex had sent his way, and was now heading straight towards him.

Gasping for air, Alex panted heavily as the attack approached. I fought with all my strength. I have no regrets. Alex thought.

He closed his eyes and remembered all of his training and decided he would attempt to fight back with one last move. Gathering all of his ki into his hands, and pushed it forward, using what his Grandfather had called "Something From Nothing"

"Here goes nothing. HIYAH!!!!" Alex shouted, pushing the ki forward as the attack collided with Shuifu's resulting in an explosion that knocked Alex backwards. "I tried"

(I divided my retaliation between SPD and Ki. It equals me still taking damage because I didn't put enough into it.)

Shuifu smirked, before leaving the unconcious man to lie. He didnt need to kill him, he had proven an exciting fight, something most could not say. "You are lucky I only want the dragon balls..." He spoke before Alex lost conciousness. It would be good if he would never forget this, so that he may become stronger, and one day, more of a challenge. Now.. Where were those dragon balls?

(I actually like that idea, it makes sense)
